SFE achieves B Corp re-certification

We are delighted to share that we have successfully been re-certified as a B Corporation, increasing our B Impact Assessment score from 84 to 89 points* – a huge team achievement coordinated by our Sustainability Manager, Marta Mendes.

B Corp re-certification is mandatory and takes place every three years to ensure that companies are upholding their commitments to sustainability and fairer business.

Back in 2019, we were the first wine company in Portugal to become a B Corp, and we remain one of only two with this status. In the wine sector as a whole, the number of B Corps has grown by over 40 times since we joined – a fervent indication of the industry’s commitment to using #WineAsAForceForGood.
